Hi! I am Lola Ansell, and I am sophomore at UT Austin with a passion for Yoga and Wellness. I discovered my love for yoga at a young age, and in July 2022, I earned my instructor certification, which deepened both my practice and my purpose. Vinyasa yoga, with its flowing movements and connection to breath, has become my favorite style because it allows me to find strength, balance, and peace all at once. I value nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through intentional movement, which improves my physical and mental health.
